Miller named `2021 Association Professional of the Year'

Posted

Dot Miller, Mayor Pro Tem of Aravada and CEO of The Solution, was named the Colorado Society of Association Executives (CSAE) 2021 Association Professional of the Year at the organization’s Annual Meeting on July 1.

CSAE is a nonprofit professional organization for trade organizations and professional organizations in Colo. Their Professional of the Year award is given to the person who best exemplifies “outstanding service and accomplishments in association nonprofit management,” according to their website.

Miller is the CEO of The Solution; an association management company that works with 11 clients — including American Association of Code Enforcement, Colorado Arborists and Lawn Care Professionals, and the Westminster Chamber of Commerce — handling each aspect of their client’s managerial needs.

Miller also wrote the book “Executive Director Essentials” last year and serves on CSAE’s Board of Directors.

“I love associations and chambers of commerce,” said Miller. “I love to help executive directors in the industry and have forged some incredible relationships with the members of our association clients. I have the very best job in the world.”

Dot Miller, CSAE
