Apex hosting annual auction
to benefit community recreation
The third annual Sweetheart Silent Auction to benefit the Apex Park and Recreation District Foundation will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at Indian Tree Clubhouse Restaurant, 7555 Wadsworth Blvd.

Benefit concert, silent auction
to support West Arvada Dog Park
The D Note, 7519 Grandview Ave., is hosting a benefit concert and silent auction in support of the West Arvada Dog Park from 3-6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23.
The event will feature music performed by local band SoHo, food and a kid-friendly environment. There is a suggested donation at the door of $5 per person, $8 per couple or $10 per family, which is two adults and two children. Proceeds from the event will help fund improvements to the park and an expansion of the off-leash dog park at 17975 W. 64th Parkway.
