Join us every Saturday in March to learn the basics of Yoga! We will dive deep into the eight limbs of Yoga which include breath work, physical postures, and meditation. We will also discuss the history and theory of yoga in both eastern and western cultures. Learn and practice together in a warm and welcoming community!
