Letter to the editor: Caucus coming up

Though Colorado has a mail in primary vote for president, many do not realize that there is still a caucus meeting for Republicans on Saturday, March 7. Most of Arvada will meet at 10 a.m. at Ralston Valley High School. You can check with the Jeffco GOP for other sites in Jefferson County. At this meeting you will get to pick your precinct committee person and elect delegates for the various assemblies where candidates for other statewide and national offices will be decided. These meetings have significant importance politically and you are encouraged to attend. You really can have an impact with what happens to our state politically.

Bill Hineser,
Arvada
