Primal Yoga Flow - A Toast to Summer & Wine

Posted by

Primal Tribal Flow, taught by Samantha Brown is inspired by traditional Hatha Vinyasa, Kundalini, and aspects of modern Buti Yoga. It will have you moving and breathing to sensual and heart pounding beats that help you let go and set yourself free. Connect with the tribe around you as you breathe together, dance together, and release together. The Asana is only the beginning—the primal and tribal movement will carry you into deep meditative relaxation and inner bliss.

The class will be approximately one hour in length followed by a summer celebration with libations.

Please bring a yoga mat, wear comfortable clothing or athletic wear, and a water bottle.

The class will take place at MOVE! A Movement and Art Center located at 1980 Youngfield Street in Lakewood.

Cost is $20 per person or $30 for two – please RSVP to 303-238-0848. For more information www.movedancespace.com

Samantha Brown believes that the movement of the body and breath, whether through art, music, dance, athletic activity, or the expansive practice of yoga, is the direct expression of the soul. Her classes involve carefully composed melodies of movement that are both challenging and accessible to all levels, while cultivating mindfulness through loving awareness.

Samantha’s mission is to create a space in which students feel safe and empowered to explore inner and outer worlds, deepening and experimenting in their own unique possibilities through practice.

Outside of instructing, she is an artist, music fanatic, animal lover, consciousness explorer.

She looks forward to meeting you on the journey, after all “We’re all just walking each other home”. -Ram Dass
