National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) is a non-profit, non-political women’s volunteer service organization that honors and preserves the legacy of our Patriot ancestors. More than 1 million women have joined the DAR since its founding more than 125 years ago. DAR members are passionate about community service, preserving history, educating children, as well as honoring and support those who serve our nation.
Any woman 18 years or older who can prove lineal, bloodline descent from an ancestor who aided in achieving American independence is eligible to join the DAR. Women are invited to learn more about today’s DAR and the resources available to help with the membership process at this free workshop.
