It was sunny day May 14 as the Historic Art District of Westminster returned to the historic heart of the city.

More than 50 local vendors, local musicians and entertainers gathered at 73rd and Bradburn in Westminster for the festival that began 10 years ago but took the past few years off due to COVID-19.
