Coffee lovers in Arvada will have two more options for places to pick up their morning cup of Joe, as local chains Corvus Coffee and Ziggi’s Coffee are opening locations in town this spring and summer. Corvus Coffee is set to open its location at 9528 West 58th Place on March 26, while Ziggi’s will open its location at 18168 West 92nd Lane in summer 2022.
Corvus Coffee Roasters was founded in 2010 and began with a location on Broadway in Denver that opened in 2012. The chain has since expanded to include locations in the Denver Tech Center and Littleton. The Arvada location will be Corvus’ fourth café.
Ziggi’s Coffee began with a shop in Longmont that opened in 2004. The chain now includes 48 locatons nationwide, 37 of which are in Colorado.
Corvus is owned by husband and wife Philip and Autumn Goodlaxon. They showcase single origin coffees from farmers around the world. The Arvada location will showcase products from The Fox and Raven Bakery in Littleton.
The Arvada Ziggi’s location is owned by local franchisees Natalie Lord and Zdenek Dendis, who have been residents of west Arvada for the last three years. This is Lord and Dendis’ third Ziggi’s franchise, having previously opened stores in Thornton and Westminster.
